Compass

REGISTER NOW
Compass is a community-based, prevention-first dementia and later-life wellbeing programme — not a sitting service. Every visitor's cognitive health is actively tracked using validated screening tools, overseen monthly by a registered nurse, while inclusive, dementia-adapted activity keeps people engaged, connected and out in the community they know.

Embark
PLANNED
Launching September — enquire now
Embark is ACW's Preparing-for-Independence pathway for care leavers aged 16–25, working with young people before and during their transition out of care to reduce the risk of homelessness and improve long-term outcomes. Each young person is supported by a dedicated keyworker across four strands: independence and life skills, education, employment and training, wellbeing and belonging, and advocacy and navigation — helping them manage statements, build functional skills, and get genuinely ready for adulthood.

The Hangout
PLANNED
Launching September — enquire now
The Hangout is a structured early-intervention programme for young people — not a youth club. Sessions build emotional regulation, wellbeing and practical skills through accredited short courses, creative activity and structured social connection, catching difficulties early rather than waiting for crisis.
